Hello and welcome!

I'm Anna,

trauma-informed Somatic & Energy Coach, Healer and Guide with international banking & finance experience, and devotion to ongoing evolution of consciousness aided by intuition and the wisdom of our bodies.

I specialise in working with the energy of consciousness encompassing the mind, the body, the soul and all that is.

Through own life experiences and work, I know for a fact that reality can shift drastically and fast, when we know how to manage our energy. There is a magical field around which helps us on the paths of truly enjoying our lives, incl. health.

Supporting individuals in activating and experiencing their inner healing and manifesting abilities is my passion and mission.

With a holistic approach, I will help you to release what no longer serves you, to transform unconscious limitations, and to expand your capacity to experience more health, inspiration and ability to transform your life into a joy-filled experience aligned with the depths of your heart, and supported by your universe.

I have a process-based approach and select tools and methods depending on your unique needs. Some of them are:

talk therapy, coaching, subconscious healing, nervous system regulation, somatic emotional release, energy healing & embodiment, support in exploring intuitive abilities and connecting with inspiration, working with altered states of consciousness (night-time dreams, meditations, breath-work, movement etc);

adjusting diets, nutrition and other necessary aspects of maintaining holistic wellbeing;
manual therapy (Bowen therapy).

I offer ongoing support on WhatsApp and I support my clients with various resources (workbooks, guides, audio recordings and videos).
