This is a one-on-one programme conducted on Zoom, WhatsApp, and with the aid of various resources.
If it is necessary, we will incorporate manual therapy either done by me (in Warsaw) or I'll help you to find the right practitioner for your specific health problems in the location where you are based.

At the beginning of our work we will discuss all health issues and concerns in your life.
We will create a plan for our work together and agree on its length, taking into consideration your needs and all steps that are important during the process.

During our sessions we will work towards optimising your metabolic rates at the holistic and cellular level with a blend of different methods and tools.
We will heal and regulate your nervous system and practice techniques helping you in self-healing, maintaining inner peace & focus, improving the quality of your sleep and overall health.
3️⃣
During the process I will help you in growing awareness around nutrition so you start using it as your medicine and fuel for your entire being, and I will guide you towards incorporating some adjustments helping you to optimise your metabolism and adding more energy, for the stage of life you are at right now.
4️⃣
I will support you with additional resources such as: guided mediations, portals, videos helping to implement healing movements, breathing techniques optimising all phases of the process, workbooks helping you to understand yourself better and connect dots faster, and keeping your spirit strong and your motivation up.
5️⃣
Between our sessions we will be in regular contact on WhatsApp.
I will help you to tackle any self-sabotaging patterns and to integrate all that comes up during your days (incl. night-time dreams).
I will hold and support you while you implement new habits in the ways you think, feel, and (re)act.
I will boost your energy on the path so you have more power to heal and transform sooner.
IN SHORT, I WILL BE BY YOUR SIDE AT EACH STEP OF YOUR TRANSFORMATION.
The length of this programme varies depending on where you are at in terms of the condition of your energy, physical ailments and awareness around holistic health.
It can last from 3 to 12 months.
